The compact design of the Osburn 1600 Wood Insert allows it to be installed in fireplaces as small as 14 3/8" deep while maintaining their high performance and ability to fit logs up to 17" long. ​With a firebox of 2 cu. ft. lined with refractory bricks for better heat distrobution, it produces up to 65,000 BTU/hr with max burn time of up to 6 hrs with an optimum efficiency of 80%. If you are searching for an environmentally friendly, ultra efficient source of heat then the Osburn 1600 insert is for you.
