Holds its Own Power

Your home can keep glowing through ice, snow, and power outages with a Heartland Wood-burning Cookstove, The Oval is capable of heating up to 1,800 square feet. You can still enjoy everything from a relaxing bath to a hot chocolate to a snug night’s sleep. (With optional water jacket.)

Keeps You in Hot Water

If you choose, you could have installed a hot water jacket to heat a 40-gallon water tank in about an hour when the stove is running normally.  You could use a thermosyphon, making the need for electricity unnecessary.

*Note:  Read the manual for the water jacket and have a professional install it properly.

Unforgettable Flavor

You'll understand what your grandmother meant about there being no better pie than one baked in a wood cook stove.  The food cooks evenly to perfection because the oven is heated from all sides.  Use the warming closet to keep your plates warm or watch your dough rise.

Lighten Your Workload

If you think that owning a Heartland Wood-burning Cookstove might be too difficult to maintain, think again.  The good old days just got better.  You can load the fuel from the top or the front, and the porcelain coated oven interior has an ash pan that slides out for cleaning.
